Biography

Elena Gotovtseva artistic journey began in childhood when she first discovered her passion for drawing and painting. This love for creativity led her to formal training at an art school, where she honed her technical skills and artistic vision. She later broadened her expertise at a technical school of light industry, mastering the crafts of a fashion designer and hairdresser. This unique combination of artistic and professional training deeply influenced her focus on depicting people, particularly women, in her work.
Her exhibition history includes two notable shows in Prague. In 2019, she made her debut at Art Prague, introducing her art to a wider audience. Her second exhibition, in 2024 at the Originál Gallery, marked another milestone in her career, solidifying her presence in the artistic community. Beyond exhibitions, Elena has successfully sold her works through social media, personal connections, and online gallery platforms, reaching a diverse and appreciative audience.
Though her work has yet to appear in publications, it has resonated warmly with viewers and collectors.
